Northlake Business
Excellence focuses on improving business practices, with
the following goals:
- more satisfied clients due to a
higher and more steady quality of both the production process and of
the actual products and/or services.
- more satisfied
financers/shareholders due to better cost control in the primary process
- more satisfied
employees due to a controlled and predictable work flow, a transparent
spot in the process chain and a limited amount of "redoing" due to
quality improvement.
The first and second goal are usually
the reason why Northlake is hired. The third goal is a predictable and
proven result and a reason for the works council to agree with this
step.
Northlake's carefully considered approach is based on broad management
experience and covers several levels:
- advising and coaching
of the board of directors and higher management based on
broad experience as advisor, senior executive and CEO of organizations
in times of crisis and/or change.
- project supervision
by participation in the steering of the implementation. Northlake can
participate in steering committees and reviews and provide individual
coaching of management. Next, an after-care program can be agreed on,
consisting primarily of reviews with and advising of top management.
- if necessary: change
management on part-time basis. Northlake's vision is
that only long-term results are achieved when the responsible managers
take on operational responsibility for the necessary changes. The
dominant presence of a former CEO who carries the change management
full-time, hinders a permanent change.
- analysis and
implementation, in collaboration with a trusted partner.

advisor, change- and turn around manager for big, international firms,
mainly at director's level, and as director in several organizations
(see for more details profile and expertise).
